Our economic knowledge spans Classical, Keynesian, Chicago (Milton Friedman), and Austrian schools, with a belief that the Austrians have it right. We believe in the quantity theory of money, attributing rising equities to the Fed's having printed six trillion dollars over a period of two years in the recent past.
Equities are adjusting to the higher level of the money supply. The adjustment period is on its last leg because the Fed has been tightening the last two years. And that tightening will soon prevail after an appropriate lag likely leading to a market downturn.
Our math skills allow us to detect unique market patterns, which we rigorously test with small amounts before increasing investments as confidence grows.

The figures provided for years prior were for Tibor’s own portfolio. Figures ignore fees. 2024 figures cover Jan 1 to Jun 30.
The dozens of Israeli hedge funds that report their returns have announced their results for the first half of 2024 (we don’t report, yet).
The best of them achieved a return of 10.4%, while we returned 18.79%.
OUR FUND
Our fund, Scientia Hedge Fund Ltd Partnership, is located in Israel. However, we only trade in the US through Interactive Brokers, with funds residing at JP Morgan Chase.
The fund is administered by Apex Group, which oversees more than three trillion dollars in assets worldwide. No money can enter or leave our fund without their approval. All reporting to investors is done by Apex. Our function is to invest.
The fund’s auditors are Ernst and Young.
We have obtained approval from the Israeli Tax Authority to exempt new immigrants to Israeli taxation as long as we restrict our trading to markets outside of Israel, which we do.
Our broker is Interactive Brokers. All trades restricted to US markets in US dollars. Funds reside at JP Morgan Chase in New York.
We restrict our trading to liquid markets only which we can enter and exit at any time while markets are open, without significantly affecting price.
